Rep. Weber Calls HB 3062 Unconstitutional

Speaking after the Illinois House voted to approve House Bill 3062, State Representative Tom Weber said he believes the legislation is unconstitutional for preventing Illinois citizens from being able to file constitutional challenges to state laws in local courts.
