Rep. Weber Calls for DCFS to be Restructured from the Ground Up

Speaking to Capitol Connection following news that DCFS Director Marc Smith will resign at the end of the year, State Representative Tom Weber called for a new director of the troubled agency to come from outside Illinois and that the department should be restructured from the ground up to solve systemic problems putting vulnerable children at risk.
