Rep. Weber Reacts to Disturbing Case of DCFS Placing Child Victim with Pimp

Today, CBS Chicago reported the disturbing story of DCFS placing an underage victim of sex trafficking with a three-time convicted felon who then pimped this vulnerable child for personal gain. State Rep. Tom Weber, who has been fighting for overhaul at DCFS, is demanding the Governor take action at the broken state agency.
